I had at one point the 4gb patch installed on vortex but i have since deleted it as i found out i don't need it on Vortex.
I don't have a single mod installed, i don't have any mods on this computer installed. New Vegas runs perfectly find within steam and through the FalloutNVlauncher, it refuses to launch within vortex as i keep getting that error code. You can skip to about 2 minutes in which is right after you installed vortex on your C: drive and opened it for the first time, and how to properly set it up so it works even if your games are on another drive.
